The ddPCR service fee includes Droplet Reader Oil, a cartridge, a gasket, PCR plate, and foil seal to process 8 reactions. In addition to the sample(s), customers will supply appropriate Droplet Generation Oil, SuperMix, and assay(s). The Genomics Core will setup the reaction and instrumentation as well as assist in performing initial analysis in QuantaSoft. |
